1. Who we are

BAGAZO Kft ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in Hungary at Csiky utca 53, 1194 Budapest (Reg. No. 01-09-986869, VAT HU23965924). We act as the data controller for personal data processed through our website www.bagazokft.com.

2. Data we collect

• Contact & quote requests: name, company, email, phone, country and the message you send us.
• Communication data: emails and correspondence exchanged with our sales team.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referrer and timestamps, collected automatically through standard server logs.
• Cookies & analytics: only strictly necessary cookies are used by default; any analytics or marketing cookies are loaded only after your consent.

3. Why we use your data (purposes & legal basis)

• Respond to enquiries and quotes — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in handling B2B requests).
• Operate, secure and improve the website — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
• Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, export records) — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• Optional analytics / marketing — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent), which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with trusted processors that help us run the business, including:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers (website and email).
• Logistics, freight and customs partners when fulfilling orders.
• Accountants, auditors and legal advisors under confidentiality.
• Public authorities when required by law.

Quote and contact enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Commercial and accounting records are kept for 8 years as required by Hungarian law. Server logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months.

• Request rectification of inaccurate data.
• Request erasure ("right to be forgotten") where applicable.
• Restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Receive your data in a portable format.

• Lodge a complaint with the Hungarian Data Protection Authority (NAIH, naih.hu) or your local supervisory authority.
